Who can use BrainGym

You must be at least 13 years old to use BrainGym. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
• You may not share your account or use it on behalf of anyone else.

What BrainGym is (and isn't)

BrainGym is a cognitive training product. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat any medical or psychiatric condition. Your Brain Strength Score is a training metric, not a clinical assessment. If you have concerns about your cognition or mental health, please consult a qualified professional.

We honestly represent training as improving the skills you practice — we do not claim it will raise your IQ.

Subscriptions & payments

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Prices may change; we will notify you before any change affects you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

Your content and data

You own the data you generate (scores, workout history). You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data and your rights, including data deletion.

Intellectual property

BrainGym, including the app, exercises, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific cognitive outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
